الحالة الاولى/ شخص يعاني من ضعف في الحيامن او عدم وجودها لاكثر من 15 سنة  واجرى خلال مسيرته الحياتية من6-8 عمليات اطفال انابيب في ايران وسوريا والعراق وجميعها بائت بالفشل

الحالة الثانية/ تتواصل نجاحات مرضى العقم الحيامن صفر مع اجراء عمليات انابيب وغيرها من العمليات لكنها بائت بالفشل ولكن بعد علاج المريض بزراعة الخلايا الجذعية وصلت نسبة الحيامن الى 20 مليون حيمن وكما موضح بالتقارير المزودة ادناه وذلك بتاريخ 25 ديسمبر 2018
