الجلطة الدماغية

الجلطة الدماغية هي تأذي عصبي يحدث عندما يتوقف جريان الدم وتغذيته في منطقة من مناطق الدماغ نتيجة جلطة أو خثرة دموية.فجزء الدماغ الذي يحدث به الاضطراب الدوراني ونقص التغذية الدموية يعاني بالتالي من نقص في الأكسجين الوارد مع الدم، مما يؤدي لتضرر وموت الخلايا العصبية في هذا الجزء من الدماغ مؤثرا على وظيفة الأعضاء التي يتحكم فيها هذا الجزء من الدماغ، أي قد يحدث الشلل.
