الضمورالعضلي

 

ضمور النّسيج العضلي أو الحثل العضلي وهو داء وراثي يصيب العضلات، يؤدي لتدهور العضلات الحركية للجسم. الخصائص الأساسية للحثل العضلي هو أنه يضعف العضلات الأساسية لحركة الجسم، وذلك بضعف بروتين العضلات ثم موت خلايا وأنسجة العضلات. هناك أشكال فرعية للحثل العضلي ومعضمها تتعلق باللإضطرابات العصبية، والتي تتمثل في أشكال متعددة في أجهزة الجسم، كالقلب والأعصاب وجهاز الغدد الصماء والجهاز الهضمي

So there are many symptoms that may appear in the patient, such as:

• Muscle weakness

• Deformation leg

• Blepharochalasis

• Weakness in the balance

• Continuous deficit

• Difficulty in walking

• Fall frequently

• Walking wiggler (such as walking duck)

• breathing difficulties

• Lateral deviation of the spine (scoliosis)

• Urinary incontinence (involuntary urine)
